Module Overview
LMK Controller is a root module designed to tune Android's Low Memory Killer subsystem. It actively prevents aggressive background process termination, stops excessive app reloading, and adjusts virtual memory parameters across different kernel types directly through a clean web interface.
I found that this module instantly stopped my heavy background apps from constantly force-closing when switching tasks. Tuning the memory thresholds directly at the kernel level means you can actually game or browse without losing your spot in another app. The built-in whitelist ensures my music player never gets killed unexpectedly.
Features
- Adaptive kernel detection applies the correct tuning strategy on boot, whether your device relies on Classic LMK, PSI LMKD, or Legacy LMKD.
- Live web dashboard tracks real-time RAM and ZRAM consumption while displaying a recent kill log straight from the system.
- Automatic snapshot backups capture your device's original memory states upon installation, ensuring everything reverts back safely if you decide to uninstall.
- Custom app whitelist protects your selected applications from memory management interference by continuously pushing a safe score to their specific process.
